Efficiently. Purposefully. Personally.
The Nordic Fundraising Summit (NFS) is the premier GP-LP matchmaking event in the Nordic private equity market. Designed around pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, NFS provides an efficient and highly focused environment where fund managers and institutional investors can build relationships, explore investment opportunities, and discuss future partnerships.
Unlike traditional conferences, NFS is built around meetings—not presentations. The emphasis is on quality conversations, meaningful introductions, and productive dialogue.
For 2027, NFS will also introduce a new Pitch Arena, designed to give LPs a focused first look at selected venture managers before continuing into the one-to-one meeting programme.
Whether you are raising a new fund or looking for your next investment opportunity, NFS offers an unmatched platform to meet the right people in just two days.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Nordic Fundraising Summit 2027.

The Format
The summit is entirely centred around pre-booked one-to-one meetings.
Each participating Limited Partner (LP) will be assigned a private meeting room for the event. Due to capacity constraints, however, we cannot guarantee that private meeting rooms will be available to all LPs throughout the entire conference. We will do our very best to accommodate all LPs and ensure a smooth and productive meeting experience.
Closer to the conference, we will ask LPs to indicate whether they expect to use their assigned meeting room throughout the event or only during certain periods. This will help us optimise the use of the available meeting rooms and accommodate as many participants as possible.
General Partners (GPs) move between meeting rooms according to their individual meeting schedules, ensuring an efficient and seamless meeting experience for everyone.
Pitch Arena
As a new feature of NFS 2027, the Pitch Arena will create an efficient first introduction between LPs and selected venture GPs.
Eight selected venture GPs will each have five minutes to present their fund and investment strategy to a focused audience of LPs. The aim is to give LPs a quick first look at eight venture managers in one session, making it easier to identify managers they may wish to explore further through a one-to-one meeting.
The Pitch Arena takes place from 08:15–09:15 on March 16 and is fully integrated into the NFS 2027 programme. LPs can join the session and then continue directly into their scheduled one-to-one meetings.
Selection of Venture GPs
Active Owners will select the eight venture GPs invited to participate in the Pitch Arena. The selection will aim to create a diverse and relevant group of emerging managers, representing different investment strategies, profiles and perspectives.
Venture managers who would like to be considered for participation are welcome to send a brief expression of interest to
aktiveejere@aktiveejere.dk
An expression of interest does not guarantee a place in the Pitch Arena. Active Owners will make the final selection of the eight participating GPs. Further information about the format and selection process will follow.
Network reception
On Day One, all participants are invited to an informal networking reception from 17:00–18:00, providing an opportunity to continue conversations in a relaxed setting.
A final overview of the available meeting rooms and room allocations will be shared with all participants no later than one week before the conference.
LP Dinner
LP participants are invited to an exclusive dinner on the evening of Day One. Separate invitations and practical information will be sent directly to registered LPs.
Important Information
By registering, you consent to your contact details being shared with the other participants for the purpose of facilitating communication before the event.
The participant list will normally include your name, organisation, and email address. If you prefer not to appear on the list, please notify us at
aktiveejere@aktiveejere.dk
The participant list will be shared from October onwards, allowing registered participants to start identifying relevant contacts and arranging meetings well in advance of the Summit.
The member rate is reserved exclusively for members of Aktive Ejere.
Terms of Registration
General Participants
Registration becomes binding from 1 February 2027.
After this date, cancellations cannot be accepted, and any registration fee is non-refundable.
Please note that Aktive Ejere cannot guarantee that participants will secure a specific number of meetings or meetings with particular organisations. The absence of pre-arranged meetings does not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund after the registration has become binding.
To maximise the value of the event, we strongly encourage all participants to begin reaching out to other attendees and scheduling meetings as early as possible. Updated participant lists will be distributed on an ongoing basis to support the meeting planning process.
Limited Partners (LPs)
Participation is complimentary for qualified LPs.
Due to the limited number of LP places and the extensive meeting planning involved, cancellations received after 1 February 2027 will incur a no-show fee of EUR 500.
This policy helps ensure that meeting schedules remain fully utilised and that available LP places can be offered to other investors whenever possible.
